All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of payment date. We are confident in our service quality. If you are not satisfied with your PrismIPTV subscription, you can request a full refund within the first 7 days of your purchase.

Processing & Communication

After receiving your request, we will process it within 2 min to 1 hour. You will be informed of the status of the refund by WhatsApp.

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and your financial institution.

Exclusions

Refunds are not available for technical issues that are outside of our control (e.g., your internet speed, incompatible hardware, or ISP blocking). We recommend checking our "About Us" page for setup requirements.
